My name is Kymone Hinds.

As someone who pastored churches for 15 years while being a husband and father of 3, I promise you I know what the "grind" looks like.

I know how it feels to be frustrated, confused, doubt your abilities, and question your value in the world.

I know what it means to step out of your comfort zone and leave the security of a job for the uncertainty of full-time entrepreneurship, praying that you'll be able to provide for your family.

Pursuing a passion to minister beyond the pulpit and inspire and empower others to accomplish their dreams, I became a certified life and business coach, a profession with a ton of competition and turnover where far more fail than succeed.

But since 2017, I've had the privilege of travelling the country and successfully training hundreds via 1-on-1 and group coaching, workshops, seminars, and keynote presentations on turning their ideas into income.

How?

I realized that so many people who want to start a business, or at the very least make some extra cash from their ideas and expertise, struggle with three main things:

• No clarity on what they actually have to offer
• No defined plan of action
• Little to no confidence in their ability to succeed

Once I was able to not only listen and provide direction to those pursuing their elusive dreams but also become their biggest cheerleader every step of their journey, all of the other ancillary pieces came easily for them, be it business models, audience definition, marketing ins and outs, and other technical aspects that previously seemed intimidating.

For many of you, 2020 was going to finally be the year that you left your job, wrote that book, began that speaking career, launched that startup, got that podcast off of the ground, and/or acquired that additional stream of income.

And sadly, COVID-19 put those dreams on indefinite hold for too many folks...

But every time you scroll through social media, you see one individual after another THRIVING during these uncertain times and reaching amazing milestones.

So the question is, if THEY are doing it, why can't you?
